Due to hygiene and safety standards, all Laviejo Philippines cosmetics and personal care products are final sale. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any cosmetics products once purchased.

Please carefully review your order, including product shades, sizes, and quantities, before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at:

Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. After evaluation, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost if approved.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Personal care products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for cosmetic products. If a defective or incorrect product is received, please contact us as described above.

Shipping and Returns
All shipping fees for defective or damaged items will be covered by Laviejo Philippines. Returns will only be accepted after contacting us and receiving instructions.
